A New Year looms and I can’t believe a whole year has passed since I have posted anything on my blog… I actually feel quite embarrassed about that, where has the time gone? What the heck have I been doing? Well, Yoga mostly, less time in the kitchen, more time on the mat! And time, as we know flies like a Banana.
Yoga has taught me discipline and calmed the clatter in my head. Every day without fail I dedicate time to the practice and try to balance, to breathe and to just be. It will be a long, hopefully lifelong journey one I am eternally grateful to be on.
So with The New Year only a day away now seems like the perfect time to make my resolutions; and one will naturally be to pick up where I left off with my blog. (Does anyone care? Has anyone missed me?)
